Recently, a small tower at the Fnac Forum I discovered a new application in the air. An application that appears to establish the foundations of the "Mobile Assistant Shopper ideal. Finally creating a bridge between the content, information and opinions available on the Web and products in "real life". Very promising.
And while Fnac relatively regular customer, card holder and possessor of a iPhone App equipped with Fnac Live & Tick, I missed the information ... but there's obviously not just me.
On my way to iTunes, to get the said application and see what it was "in the belly", I came across the following client review ...
A client who is being abused by a seller Fnac, while using the app store Fnac.com. The information was apparently not circulated among the staff of the Fnac (or at all).
This raises questions not only about information, training, but also space given to vendors address new technologies and changes in the trade. What value of their role, taking into account the new shopper behavior of 2.0?
